Terms of Service

The service

Leader Finding identifies, researches and qualifies business prospects according to targeting criteria agreed with the client. Deliverables are prospect records, not guaranteed meetings, replies or customers.

Applications and fit

Submitting an application does not create a contract. We review each application and may decline where we believe the audience is unsuitable for prospect research or where sufficient market data is not available.

Fees and payment

The founding client pilot is charged at €300 for a 14-day engagement. Ongoing campaigns start from €1,000 per month, with final scope and price confirmed in writing before work begins.

Ongoing campaigns are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise agreed. Fees already paid for a period in progress are non-refundable.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your offer and ideal client, and to respond to reasonable requests for feedback so targeting can be refined.

You are responsible for your own outreach and for complying with the marketing, privacy and electronic-communication laws that apply to you and to the people you contact.

Data protection

Prospect data delivered to you is provided for your internal business-development use. You agree not to resell or redistribute it, and to handle it in line with applicable data protection law.

No guarantees

Prospecting creates sales opportunities. We do not guarantee revenue, conversion rates, response rates or any specific business outcome, and results depend substantially on your offer and your outreach.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees paid by you for the period in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
